Full Job Description

6.4. PAY AND PROCESSING SUPPORT

The Contractor shall provide payroll operations support including payroll data entry, transaction processing, and verification of time and attendance for accuracy and compliance. Support includes researching payroll inquiries, analyzing payroll data, preparing reports and documentation, maintaining case files, and providing administrative and document control support. The Contractor may temporarily reassign personnel during periods of high workload to maintain performance requirements and support mission accomplishment.

6 6.4.1 Payroll and Time & Attendance Support

Perform routine payroll data entry and verification, process and validate payroll transaction. Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, support audits, and advise customers on payroll rules and processes, assist in providing payroll reports and correcting errors. Interpret pay policies related to leave, overtime, special pay, and retroactive adjustments to ensure correct processing.

Review time and attendance submissions for completeness and accuracy, and adherence to applicable policies.

Maintain case files and compliance documentation, including preparation of detailed reconciliations, case notes, and supporting records.

Provide payroll support by preparing and filing documentation, maintaining records, and tracking required information to ensure accuracy and compliance.

6.4.3 Payroll System Data Analysis

Analyze large payroll datasets to identify errors, trends, and compliance risks. Support system reconciliations and audit responses to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Develop dashboards, ad hoc reports, and performance metrics to facilitate data driven decision making.

Assist with testing payroll system updates or data migrations to validate system integrity.

Recommend process improvements based on analytical insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
