Be More Than Someone Who Runs Patients Through Exercises

Great PTA care requires more than following a treatment sheet.

You are paying attention to how the patient moves, how they respond, what is improving, and what needs to be communicated back to the Physical Therapist.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

Deliver skilled treatment interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and movement progressions
Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and confidence
Monitor how patients respond throughout each session
Communicate meaningful changes and observations to the supervising PT
Reinforce treatment goals and patient education
