Sales Account Manager

Everbase Solutions | Denver, CO | Full-Time, In Person

Compensation: Target OTE: $110,000 - $125,000+ | $50,000–$65,000 base + uncapped commission

Everbase is a full-service security integrator and low-voltage contractor focused on providing customers with technology that will protect their commercial properties. We're looking for a driven, personable sales professional in Denver to grow our commercial customer base in access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitored service agreements. As a premier full-service security integrator and low-voltage contractor, we bring high-level engineering, intelligent design, and elite tech under one roof. What You'll Do

You will represent our full suite of commercial security solutions—including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and recurring monitoring/service agreements—to commercial customers across the Denver metro area, focusing on property management, healthcare, education, banking, and retail accounts.

You will work closely with our operations team and vetted product manufacturers to develop accurate, cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities include networking through social media, attending security and low-voltage conferences throughout the Colorado market, and participating in manufacturer and distributor workshops.

The position reports directly to Erik Burch, COO, based in our Farmington, Utah corporate office. Local on-site resources include support from our Project Manager and Project Lead Technician to assist with the bidding process and project site-walks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain working relationship with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
Represent Everbase's products and services, developing a deep understanding of our offerings and using customer research to match solutions to real needs.
Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily schedule of calls and visits to existing and prospective accounts.
Identify prospects, set appointments, run qualifying sales calls, and manage the full sales cycle to close new business.
Conduct product demonstrations and handle objections with in-depth product knowledge.
Prepare clear, accurate proposals, booking packages, and documentation for executive- level presentations.
Attend networking events and represent Everbase professionally in the local business community.

What Success Looks Like

Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas.
Build a healthy, qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals from existing accounts.
Grow recurring monitoring/service revenue (RMR) alongside one-time project sales.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

B2B outside sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with a consultative sales process.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently.
Experience selling security, life-safety, low-voltage, or other technical/RMR-based B2B services is beneficial.
Existing network among Denver-area commercial property, facilities, or operations decision- makers is beneficial.
