Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Our health care centers around Holistic Functional Medicine approaches and lifestyle augmentation. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading for accuracy
Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management
Perform general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
Support customer service efforts by providing timely assistance and support to clients or patients in person or over the phone
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration
Ensure smooth daily operations through effective time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
Excellent computer literacy
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, filing, and record keeping
Prior customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
