The Role:
At Smashburger, great hospitality starts behind the scenes. As an Office Assistant, you'll help keep our Support Center running smoothly by managing day-to-day office operations while providing administrative support to members of our leadership team, including the CEO. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense support.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Coordinate leadership meetings, take notes, and track follow-up items.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Denver Support Center, including office supplies, mail, conference rooms, catering, and vendor coordination.
Welcome visitors and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Support company events, team meetings, and cross-functional projects.
Assist departments across HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams as needed.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

What You'll Bring

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, service-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, office, hospitality, customer service, or related experience is preferred but not required.
Recent college graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
