Job Title: Restoration Project Manager I (RMI)

Supervisor: V.P. /Operations Mgr.

Status: Salary, Exempt

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent customer service skills which show genuine empathy and caring for others.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and sales skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead/instruct people in a team environment.

Effective time management, decision making/judgment and coordination skills.

Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment and set priorities.

Ability to face unexpected challenges during the day.

Ability to work individually and in a team.

Ability to read & interpret common industry documents: blue prints, estimates, insurance forms, etc.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to problem-solve situations while keeping company policy, high customer service levels and profitability in mind for the company.

Must be deadline and detail oriented with strong follow up skills.

Ability to accept accountability for all company related aspects of the assigned project.

Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of email, Internet, MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), Criminal Background and Pre-employment Drug Screen.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum 2-3 years “Hands On” and/or supervisory restoration or construction knowledge/experience in residential/light commercial.

Basic experience/knowledge of residential building codes and/or licensing.

Basic sketching and creating diagrams.

Basic understanding of job costing and contract pricing experience.

Basic estimating skills using computer spreadsheets or industry estimating software programs.

Successfully estimated and/or managed a minimum of $500,000 annually.

Ability to manage projects/jobs without management supervision up to a maximum of $125,000 per job range.

(During training process all P.M.’s will have management supervision).

Preferred:

Xactimate Software experience.

OSHA 10 hour Construction Industry Completion/Certification.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).

IICRC -Water Damage Restoration; Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician Certification.

IOT-Certified Mold Technician.

IR Thermal Imaging Experience or Certification (NuBilt Training or equivalent)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
