Summary

We are looking for a determined, competitive, and confident Account Executive-Closer to join our team of tax resolution experts! With unlimited growth and a large earning potential, we are looking for someone who is eager to join us in this fast-paced industry!

The Account Executive position qualifies prospective clients and determines if Omni Tax Solutions could provide services to assist them in resolving their tax issues. The following list outlines the essential job duties and expectations:

The Role:

Provides excellent customer service to all potential and current clients
Calls sales leads with high level of urgency, efficiency, and courtesy
Qualify and establish initial level of interest from prospective clients
Generate initial requests through the Client Qualification Form (CQF)
Negotiates and builds authentic relationships with clients while educating them on the services that Omni provides
Facilitates on boarding of clients and works cohesively with Associate teams accordingly
Displays accountability and dependability within the company
Ad hoc duties

Ideal team members:

Possess extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
Can work independently with a solution-based thought process
Coachable and open to learning new methods
Computer proficient and can learn new software programs
Goal-oriented and have a proved track record of exceeding quotas
Self-motivated and looking to grow within a company
Able to manage time and workload effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Industry experience is required

This is position is full-time (40 hours/week) and is eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment. The expected working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4 pm.

Omni Tax Solutions is a leading tax debt resolution firm, working with individuals and business taxpayers to successfully resolve their Internal Revenue Services (IRS) and state tax liability problems. Our goal is to guide clients to a successful resolution and empower them to build healthy tax habits to keep them on the right track.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
