Full Job Description

We are seeking an office administrator/bookkeeper to contribute to our growing company's culture.

The administrator/bookkeeper will be in the performance of:

Employee time recording and payroll tasks
Bookkeeping tasks
Accounts Payable and Receivables
Human Resource tasks
Filing forms

The following prerequisites will describe suitable candidates for the position:

Persistent work ethic
Detail oriented
Reliable
Accustomed to using computers and software
Has high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred skills:

Familiar with Business Accounting
Has had previous bookkeeping experience or equivalent education
Payroll Management
Office Management
Familiar with Sage 100 Accounting

Bonus Skills:

Ability to communicate well with Spanish speaking individuals

5 paid vacation days after one year, 5 paid holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
