As Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services, your expertise and leadership directly impact the quality of care, clinical excellence, and long-term outcomes for the communities we serve.

This role places you at the leadership table. As a member of the management team, you’ll:

Collaborate with executive leadership across the agency
Help guide strategic decisions and program development and enhancement
Influence agency-wide initiatives and service integration
Play a key role in advancing the mission and vision of CFI

Lead and Develop a Strong Clinical Team

If you’re passionate about mentoring clinicians and building high-performing teams, this role provides the opportunity to:

Supervise and support outpatient behavioral health clinicians
Provide reflective supervision and professional guidance
Help staff grow clinically and professionally
Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based care practices
