Full Job Description

We are looking for a new Front Desk Receptionist. We are focused on providing excellent Customer Service. We are looking for someone who can work well in a fast paced environment. This team member will work under the direction of our Dental Office manager. Pay will be based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet patients and check them in
Handle registration for new patients
Obtain and scan any needed documentation
Schedule appointments
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, as needed
Verify insurance, as needed
Accept lab deliveries and send labs when needed
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work some evenings (until 7 PM)
Ability to work up to 2 Saturdays per month (8 AM - 1 PM)
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

We offer flexible schedules.

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 7 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 1 PM

Position is full time and will average around 35-40 hours per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
