Summary

Advance Your Real Estate Career as a Committed Agent

Enhance your professional journey by leveraging cutting-edge technology and serving as a reliable consultant to our real estate experts. Develop your marketing and operational skills to support our team in consistently achieving exceptional outcomes in listings, promotions, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

People oriented
Positive, happy attitude
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
Learning based
Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
High school graduate
Real estate license
Spanish speaker not required, but definitely a plus in this role.
