We’re on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing delicious dishes with precision and care. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices to ensure safety and hygiene.
Support meal preparation for various service periods, including lunch, dinner, and catering events.
Follow all food safety protocols to uphold health standards and prevent cross-contamination.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high-quality standards.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is highly desirable; experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus.
Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling practices are essential.
Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings will be beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are necessary for smooth kitchen operations.
