Full Job Description

We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and professional individual to join our already fantastic team!

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone and written communication skills and bring a positive, kind, and professional attitude to every patient interaction.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and warmly welcoming patients
Patient check-in and check-out
Insurance verification
Managing emails and referral forms
Responding to patient inquiries
Scheduling appointments in person, online, and by phone

This role also involves becoming highly proficient in assisting patients with procedure scheduling and product sales.

This is a 100% in-person position, five days per week. There are two nights including evening hours required.

We offer opportunities to gain new skills, including cross-training with back-office duties such as rooming patients and working with medical EMR systems.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred
Ability to work in a nearly paperless office environment

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
