Full Job Description

Office Administrative Coordinator

This is a mid-entry-level position and is a full-time, on-site position in Dearborn, MI. Five (5) days in the office are required for this position.

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and creating a positive workplace experience for others? Campbell Marketing & Communications is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Dearborn headquarters. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business, including office administration, vendor coordination, purchasing, shipping and receiving, workplace organization, and employee support, helping ensure our office runs efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative, office operations, corporate services, or related experience, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This individual should be self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to employees, vendors, and business partners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate office operations, facilities requests, and building maintenance activities.
Serve as the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and building management.
Manage office supply inventory, purchasing, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, mail distribution, courier services, and package logistics.
Assist with office moves, workspace planning, furniture coordination, and file storage management.
Support workplace safety, security, and environmental initiatives.
Assist with budgeting, vendor contracts, and cost management.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment.
Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking for:

2-3 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, workplace operations, logistics, or a related field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees, vendors, and leadership.
Comfortable performing occasional physical tasks, including moving supplies, equipment, and furniture. Which may include up to 50lbs of lifting.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
This is an on-site, 5-day in-office position - Dearborn, MI.
This role does not have any sponsorship available.
