What You'll Do

As a Retail Insurance Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers visiting our office.

Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Help customers identify solutions that fit their individual needs.
Assist customers with applications and other enrollment-related steps.

Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Work with your team to support sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Keep the retail sales environment organized and welcoming.
Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.
