Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Manager with experience in the print and mail industry to lead the execution of strategic mail campaigns for political and non-profit clients. This role will manage projects involving data management, direct mail, print production, budgets, postage and integrated marketing efforts, ensuring seamless alignment with client and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Ownership of all planning and execution efforts of strategic mail campaigns involving print and mail components.
Coordinate with internal teams to manage data management, proofing, production schedules, budgets, and various client outcomes.
Translate client campaign objectives and production specifications into actionable mail plans with clear milestones.
Oversee quality control for printed materials to ensure brand conformance for each client and compliance with postal regulations.
Serve as the subject-matter-expert on campaign / project status, history and timing of any changes, and approvals.
Support RFP responses and proposal development for new campaign initiatives.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Schedule

Full-time.
Five days a week – 8-hour shift.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a print, mail or marketing services environment.
Experience working with production print, variable data printing (VDP) and data-driven mail campaigns.
Familiarity with USPS regulations and mailing standards.
Expert knowledge of MS Office systems i.e. Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word etc.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Work Location

In-person at our Troy, Michigan location.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
