PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

Utilize communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills to complete client projects in an accurate and timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Communicate proposal and/or project specifications and changes to client, Account Representative and operating departments as needed.
Manage daily client activities and proactively respond to specific client needs on a timely basis. This includes monitoring daily reports and inventory levels, managing program correspondence, providing customer service support, monitoring client budgets, assisting with client billing, and quality checking all aspects of client projects.
Communicate with partners and customers etc. to complete projects on time and within budget.
Address inventory, order and other fulfillment queries utilizing the existing WMS and OMS systems.
Ability to grow and develop as the company expands.
Assist Account Representatives with Quarterly Client Business Reviews.

Ability to track multiple processes and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Attention to detail
One to three years of customer service experience
Excellent knowledge of G-Suite and MS Office Suite
Ability to create and suggest process improvements
Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, logistics or in a similar role is ideal

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
