Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Representative

SISU Home Solutions

Overview

SISU Home Solutions is expanding our fiber internet sales team, and we're looking for reps who want to earn real money and build a real career — not just clock hours. This is door-to-door sales at its core: you're in neighborhoods, on porches, having face-to-face conversations that turn into signed accounts. If you've got the hustle for it, this is one of the highest-paying opportunities in the D2D industry, with a compensation structure built to reward closers.

We travel as a team, we compete as a team, and we win as a team. Whether you're a seasoned D2D rep or someone who's never sold a day in your life but has the drive to learn fast, we'll get you trained, in the field, and cashing checks.

What You'll Do

Knock doors in your territory and pitch SISU's fiber plans your way — we give you the tools and the training, you bring the personality
Keep it honest and simple: break down speed, reliability, and price against what the homeowner's already paying, and let the product sell itself
Own your day. No one's clocking you in and out — set your hours, hit your doors, and manage your own grind
Close on the spot when it's right — get the deal, the install booked, and move to the next door
Circle back on the "maybe later" doors before someone else scoops them
Text or call your team lead with your numbers at the end of the day — that's it, no micromanaging
Be someone people actually want to buy from — good vibes open doors, literally

What We're Looking For

Grinders and hungry learners. Prior D2D, telecom, solar, or retail sales experience is a plus, but attitude and coachability matter more than your resume.
Thick skin — you can hear "no" fifty times in a day and still knock the fifty-first door with energy
Strong verbal communicator who can build rapport fast and read a homeowner in the first ten seconds
Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and stay disciplined without someone standing over them
Willing to travel to different markets as territories open up
Comfortable with a full-commission or commission-heavy pay structure — this role rewards production

Pay & Travel

Some of the highest commission payouts in the fiber D2D industry — top reps are earning well above average industry pay
Travel is paid — when we send you to a market, your travel costs are covered
Housing is back-ended — housing costs are covered as part of your travel package, provided out of your production once you're up and running, so ask your recruiter for the exact structure before you commit
Quick pay cycles
Uncapped earning potential — your paycheck is a direct reflection of your door count and close rate

Straight talk: this is a commission-driven role. It pays best for reps who show up, put in full days, and stay consistent.
