Full Job Description

Reithorp Solutions is hiring for a Senior Targeting Analyst in Fort Meade,MD!

Clearance Requirement: Current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required. Only candidates with an active/current polygraph will be considered.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Targeting Certification: Required
Experience: 8+ years of Target Analysis experience required

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in target analysis, including at least 3 years of recent experience within the past two years.
Completion of a Joint or Service Qualifying Targeting School, such as Joint Targeting School (JTS), Combat Targeting Course (CTC), or equivalent.
Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, Cyber Mission Forces (CMF), another Combatant Command, Service Component J2/JIOC, or Intelligence Community (IC) organization.
Experience with targeting, fires, operational planning, targeting systems, or related education and training, particularly in support of cyberspace operations.
Current TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.

Position Responsibilities

Develop targets and target systems in support of joint and cyberspace operations.
Develop target nominations, create and maintain database records, and produce target intelligence products.
Conduct all-source analysis to develop collateral damage estimates, battle damage assessments (BDA), and combat assessment support.
Perform target list management, target strategy development, and provide joint target intelligence support for both deliberate and dynamic targeting operations.
Provide recommendations for target prioritization to support commander objectives, operational plans, and mission requirements.
Submit database nominations, create and update target records, and upload target materials into applicable databases.
Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures for target development in accordance with applicable Joint Chiefs of Staff instructions and manuals.
Support battle damage assessment (BDA) activities in accordance with established DoD guidance and procedures.
Support dynamic targeting in accordance with Joint Publication 3-60 and contribute to combat target enterprise management.
Assist with long-range planning and coordinate intelligence and targeting activities across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
Support the production and maintenance of target materials, BDA reports, and target lists.
Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) and intelligence report evaluations.
Produce target intelligence products, including Target System Analysis (TSA), Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), target graphics, and Battle Damage Assessments (BDA).
Utilize intelligence and targeting tools and databases, including MIDB, NPW, and JTT.
Apply a broad range of research and analytic tools and techniques to conduct target systems analysis, target development, and BDA, and provide actionable recommendations to government customers.
Perform staff functions, including developing, managing, and coordinating responses to formal staff packages.
Respond to requests for information and provide subject matter expertise to government stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert during operational, planning, and combat targeting meetings, working groups, coordination boards, and related forums.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
