Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP or PA)

Base Compensation

$60,000–$80,000 annually (3–4 days per week), plus performance-based bonus opportunities, allowing top performers to earn significantly more.

Blu Ice Med Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Aesthetic Injector in Fargo to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who loves helping patients look and feel their best while building long-term relationships through exceptional care and outstanding results.

This is an excellent opportunity for an injector who enjoys practicing aesthetic medicine in a supportive, professional environment with an established patient base.

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic injections including:
Neurotoxins
Dermal fillers
Biostimulators such as Sculptra®
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Educate patients on available treatments and expected outcomes.
Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional customer care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols.
Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

Current Minnesota RN, NP, or PA license.
Minimum three years of aesthetic injection experience.
Demonstrated expertise with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra.
Excellent communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong sales ability with a patient-first approach.
Professional, dependable, and highly motivated.
Passion for aesthetics and continuing education.

Schedule

Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually (depending on experience and schedule)
