Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator who is naturally creative, with a sharp eye for aesthetic design, product merchandising, and digital storytelling. In this role, you will manage multiple social media accounts spanning B2C retail, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, and B2B wholesale distribution brands.

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager, Product Photographer, and e-commerce teams to design compelling digital content, execute high-converting advertising campaigns, and drive social growth strategies across our corporate ecosystem.

Responsibilities & Core Requirements

Multi-Account Social Media Management: Expertise in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube to deploy organic and paid content across our retail, e-commerce, and B2B wholesale/distribution accounts.
Content Scheduling & Execution: Organized and timely in maintaining a consistent, high-volume posting schedule across all brand accounts using Agorapulse and other social media management tools.
Trending, Creative Innovation: Continuously observe market, industry, and social media trends relevant to tile, interior design, and home improvement. Proactively bring fresh, innovative ideas to content creation to keep our brands relevant and ahead of competitors.
Product Staging & Visual Content Creation: Hands-on experience staging photo and video shoots to feature tile and stone products. Skill in both collaborating with our Product Photographer on social content and independently directing, shooting, and editing original photo/video assets.
Social Growth & Influencer Initiatives: Drive audience acquisition and brand equity through influencer collaborations, brand partner highlights, proactive community engagement.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and account growth across all brand channels. Assess performance data (engagement, reach, audience growth, click-through rates) to refine content strategies and optimize posting schedules.
Cross-Functional Marketing Support: Assist in general content creation across other corporate marketing initiatives, including paid ad creative, email marketing graphics, and e-commerce site updates.
Multi-Brand Versatility: Proficient knowledge in adapting tone, design aesthetic, and messaging for distinct audiences, from retail consumers and interior designers to B2B contractors and wholesale distributors.
Team Player: Must be able to work effectively under a Marketing lead, collaborate with the e-commerce team, and work cross-functionally to fulfill creative needs and meet strict deadlines.

Required Software Knowledge

Social Media & Schedulers: Agorapulse (or equivalent management tools), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn
Design & Editing Suite: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom), other editing tools as needed
Generative AI Tools: AI image generation and creative render tools
