Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with construction regulations. Your expertise will drive project success while fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency.

Duties

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality work and safety standards.
Develop detailed project schedules to track progress and identify potential delays.
Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with specifications.
Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource needs.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective project scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation.
Monitor project progress through regular site visits and inspections; address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Manage project budgets by controlling costs, reviewing change orders, and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

Exprience with construction site management in commercial or infrastructure project
Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies.
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with precision.
Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols.
Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high morale.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on quality assurance and timely delivery.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization of multiple tasks simultaneously.
