Customer Service Coordinator / Admin Support

Wynwood, Miami | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Eazy Grease is a trusted and growing used cooking oil collection and recycling company. Our service area currently covers much of the Southeast as well as the tri-state region of New Jersey. We take pride in being a reliable partner for restaurants and businesses that need safe, compliant, and dependable cooking oil disposal services.

About the Role

Eazy Grease is seeking a dependable Customer Service Coordinator / Admin Support to join our team in the Wynwood-Miami area. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively support customer satisfaction and daily operations while working closely with both our operations and sales teams.

It's important that this person not only enjoys a customer-facing position but thrives in it. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Wynwood office on a daily basis. This is a fully in-office position; we are not considering hybrid or remote applicants.

English and Mandarin fluency are required for this position. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but is not required.

What You'll Do

Handle customer service requests effectively and efficiently, including entering service requests, collecting payments, updating or correcting payment methods, and assisting with other customer account needs
Communicate with customers professionally and calmly, even when situations are challenging
Assist and communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers as needed
Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely and consistent manner
Help resolve customer questions and concerns with a solution-focused approach
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed by management

What We're Looking For

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent people and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is ideal)
Solution-focused and able to handle customer concerns professionally
A team player who is willing to jump in and help where needed
Able to reliably commute to our Wynwood-Miami office Monday through Friday
