GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

Based in: Doral, Florida

Lead. Build. Transform.

This is more than a General Manager position—it's an opportunity to help shape the future of Logiztik Alliance Group.

Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on operational leader to oversee our Miami operation and help build a high-performing organization focused on safety, accountability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.

As General Manager – Operations, you will work closely with our Vice President – Commercial, who leads all commercial activities across the Americas, while providing leadership across all operational and administrative functions within our Miami station. You will play a key role in developing leaders, strengthening operational performance, fostering a culture of accountability, and positioning Logiztik for its next stage of growth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys spending time on the warehouse floor as much as they do reviewing KPIs, coaching managers, meeting with customers, and solving operational challenges. The successful candidate is a visible leader who develops people, embraces data-driven decision-making, and believes exceptional operations are built through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall performance of our Miami operation, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and profitable operations.
Develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership team while building future leaders throughout the organization.
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, KPI management, and continuous improvement.
Ensure exceptional customer service and consistent achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and profitability.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, distribution, cold chain, aviation cargo, or a related industry.
Proven experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
Strong operational, financial, and analytical capabilities.
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and improving operations.
Experience using KPIs and operational data to drive decision-making and operational performance.
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

This position is ideal for an Operations Director, Senior Operations Manager, Distribution Center Manager, Terminal Manager, Hub Manager, Station Manager, or similar operational leader who is ready to take the next step into a General Manager role.
