Full Job Description

Chef and Owner, Jeff Cincotta, who is behind both Molinari's & Ravello Italian Kitchen, has opened his third restaurant in the heart of Dedham Square. Join our team at a busy, high-volume Italian restaurant where everything is made from scratch. We're looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook who takes pride in preparing quality food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and works well as part of a team.

If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for homemade Italian cuisine, and the ability to stay organized under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Full-Time Line Cook

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish.
Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while meeting ticket times.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Practice proper food handling, storage, labeling, and temperature control.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
Assist with prep work, inventory, and cleaning duties as needed.
Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.
Remain flexible and assist wherever needed during busy service.

Qualifications

Previous line cook experience is required.
Experience in Italian cuisine is a plus.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
