Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/ Assistant Office Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong administrative skills with accounting knowledge and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with our accounting staff and leadership team, providing administrative support while assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. We are looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term career and contributing to the continued growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks.
Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
Answer incoming calls and assist with general office operations as needed.
Support business operations and special projects while leadership is traveling.
Small office staff must be able to jump in and help in multiple areas.

Qualifications

Previous 5+ years in an accounting, bookkeeping, administrative role required.
Proficient knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing is required.
Must have proficient computer skills in QuickBooks and MS Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team environment.
