Overview
We are a fast-growing roofing and exterior services company looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Representative to generate new business, close deals, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, understands consultative selling, and is motivated by clear targets and uncapped earning potential.

Key Outcomes (Objective Method)

Generate $100,000 in monthly closed revenue
Maintain a close rate of 40%+ on qualified appointments
Set and run 10 appointments per week
Maintain CRM accuracy at 100%

Core Responsibilities (Process-Driven)

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods
Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads
Build referral partnerships (realtors, insurance agents, property managers)

2. Sales Process Execution (Define → Train → Execute)

Conduct roof inspections and customer consultations
Educate homeowners on damage, insurance claims, and options
Present clear, compelling proposals
Overcome objections and close deals on-site when possible

3. Pipeline Management

Track all activity in CRM daily
Follow up consistently on open opportunities
Move deals through pipeline stages efficiently

4. Customer Experience

Set proper expectations from day one
Communicate proactively throughout the job lifecycle
Ensure a 5-star customer experience that drives referrals
