Full Job Description

We are looking to hire an Accountant with previous experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, team attitude and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Responsibilities

Process Accounts Payable
Reconcile daily payroll transaction
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Process accounts receivable
Prepare various reports and analysis
All other duties as assigned

Skills

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of general office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Associates degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
