Full Job Description

Be Creative... at Royal Park Place!

Are you interested in serving our Seniors and making a positive impact on their lives? If so, join the Creative Dining Team at Royal Park Place retirement living!

We are looking for friendly and experienced part-time Servers to serve our residents at Royal Park in Zeeland, MI. Experience with serving or waiting tables required.

Schedule: Varying days; weekend availability required.

Hiring for two shifts: 6am-2:30pm or 3:30pm-6:30pm.

Background check, fingerprinting and drug screen required.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Serve meals to residents including lifting and balancing trays with hot food and beverages.
2. Set up prior to meal serving time
3. Help with clean up, including filling shifts as dishwasher
3. Light food prep
4. Follow all food safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
5. Provide superior customer service
6. Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements
7. Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands/Environment:
