This opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, want to grow personally and professionally, and value flexibility in how and where they work.
You’ll receive mentorship, ongoing education, and the ability to work from home while developing your own client base.

Key Responsibilities

Educate individuals and families on practical money-management concepts and financial literacy.
Help clients understand ways to safeguard income, manage debt, and plan for future goals.
Conduct virtual consultations and guide clients through suitable protection options.
Maintain ongoing relationships built on trust, service, and continued education.
Participate in weekly team meetings, mentorship sessions, and personal-development training.

Qualifications

No prior financial-services experience required — full training and state-licensing guidance provided.
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Must be able to work independently from a home office within the United States.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Candidates must be free of any current probationary status to be considered for this role.

Compensation

100% Commission-based compensation with performance incentives.
Typical first-year earnings range from $45,000 – $150,000+, depending on individual effort and results.
