Office Assistant

$15 - $22 per Hour Based on Experience

We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to perform a variety of clerical tasks to assist with daily operations including accounts payable/receivable, billing, bookkeeper, scan and file paperwork, answer the phone, and more. Experience is preferred but not required. Excellent training is provided.

Qualifications – Office Assistant:

Office clerical experience is preferred, good MS Office, computer, data entry, organization and communication skills, team participant, a positive attitude, and good work ethic
Teachable, follows direction, takes initiative, professional appearance
Detail oriented, dependable and punctual
