Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Leads Growth Specialist to accelerate our lead generation efforts and expand our market reach. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge digital marketing tools, data analytics, and multichannel strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-quality prospects. Your expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and technical proficiency will be essential in creating impactful campaigns that drive demand and foster long-term business growth. Join us to be at the forefront of innovative B2B marketing initiatives that energize our sales pipeline and elevate our brand presence.

We are open to candidate outside of the New England Area that would work remotely 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
Utilize marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design targeted outreach sequences.
Implement lead segmentation strategies based on product market segmentation, customer behavior, and data analytics insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics reporting tools, and attribution modeling to refine outreach tactics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, product managers, and marketing operations to align messaging and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Manage email campaign setup, automation workflows, and A/B testing to improve open rates and engagement metrics.
Analyze data from CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to identify trends, measure ROI, and inform future demand generation strategies.
