At Kelly®, we’re passionate about helping you find a job that works for you. How about this one? We’re seeking a Litigation - Business/Real Estate/Probate Legal Assistant to work at a leading legal services organization in Dover, NH. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Dover, NH | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Payrate: $27.00-38.00 an hour

What You'll Do

Open and close client files while maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.
Coordinate conflict checks and prepare engagement letters.
Draft, edit, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Maintain case files and assist with discovery and litigation support.
Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and case timelines.
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Provide administrative and legal support for Business, Real Estate, Probate, and Litigation matters.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law firm.
Litigation experience is REQUIRED.
Experience supporting Business, Real Estate, or Probate Law is highly preferred.
Knowledge of motions, discovery, court rules, deadlines, and legal procedures in New Hampshire.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience with Filevine or LMS is a plus.
