Financial Analysis Manager

Location: Dover, DE
Schedule: Days
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $111,000 - $172,000 annually

Join a leading healthcare organization as a Financial Analysis Manager and play a critical role in driving financial strategy, decision support, and operational performance. This onsite leadership position is responsible for overseeing cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting initiatives that support organizational growth and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive healthcare finance experience, strong leadership skills, and hands-on expertise with STRATA Jazz and healthcare forecasting systems.
Key Responsibilities

Manage cost accounting systems and service line profitability analyses.
Oversee productivity reporting and financial reporting for leadership and external stakeholders.
Prepare monthly service line and physician practice profit and loss statements, scorecards, and performance reports.
Conduct financial feasibility studies and business case analyses using STRATA, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback calculations.
Partner with operational and executive leadership to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support audits, cost reports, community benefit reporting, GME reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Train leaders and managers on financial reporting tools and productivity resources.
Supervise and mentor financial analysts and decision support staff.
Assist with software implementations, upgrades, and forecasting initiatives.
Support strategic planning through financial modeling and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare finance experience.
Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, decision support, and financial analysis.
Hands-on experience with STRATA Jazz and healthcare forecasting systems.
Advanced financial modeling and profitability analysis skills.
Healthcare industry experience required.

Preferred:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Relevant financial or healthcare certifications.
Experience with healthcare reimbursement, contracting, bundled payments, and physician compensation models.
