On a daily basis works with the other Accounts Payable Clerk(s), buyers and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate processing and payment of invoices.

Application Requirements:

Processing of invoices, returns and credits in an accurate, thorough and timely manner as an Accounts Payable Clerk
Monthly balancing of accounts
Perform general filing
Maintain neat and concise paperwork
Knowledge of the computer as it applies to the job
Keep up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of this department
Must possess strong interpersonal skills.

Skills and Abilities:

An employee within this position must have strong calculator and mathematical skills
Previous experience with Windows based applications, including word processing and spreadsheets, is helpful
A background in accounting is also helpful but not required as an Accounts Payable Clerk
Neat handwriting and attention to detail are a necessity in this position

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
