Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Receptionists at Premo are responsible for professionally and politely welcoming guests, monitoring and directing the drive-thru queue, verifying IDs prior to guest admittance, monitoring parking areas, and reporting to Supervisors/Managers.

Receptionists play a vital role as the first point of contact for guests visiting our Dispensary locations, making this a customer service position where effective communication with the public is essential.

Part Time Receptionists work between 15-29 hours per week.

Applicants must be over the age of 21 and consent to a State and Federal Background check.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide professional and polite customer service to guests
Direct customer complaints to upper management and supervisors
Distribute promotional materials and information to customers
Ensure all entering guests meet security requirements, when applicable
Monitor guest intake and verify guest IDs
Monitor surveillance cameras
Answer the store phone at the reception desk
Ensure pre-orders are placed, assign them to the appropriate POS Queue, and communicate next steps accordingly
Interact with the public to facilitate problem-solving in calm and effective manners
Identify potential problems and report them promptly to managers/supervisors
Possess excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs
Monitor the flow of traffic and assist guests with parking or accessing the drive-thru/curbside services
Proficient in using computers
Ability to write comprehensive incident reports for Manager review

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
