Full Job Description

The hired candidate will be the primary person who greets all office visitors and answers our phones. Bi-lingual with English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Duties will also include administrative work, organizing files, accepting payments from clients, distributing mail, transferring calls to attorneys, computer work including using Microsoft Office (word, excel and outlook), as well as Google Calendar and office legal practice management software Clio.

The individual hired will also assist attorneys by drafting court documents, letters and other documents and calling clients, opposing attorneys and others to convey messages for our attorneys.

Education minimum is a high school diploma or GED, but an associate's degree is preferred. Must be reliable, professional, able to take detailed and accurate messages and be on time for work every day.

Hired person will be the one who initially talks to perspective clients and obtains basic information about why they are calling, as such they must keep all matters confidential and be 100% trustworthy.
