BOSS Homes – Southern California

Overview>

BOSS Homes is expanding our Homeowner ADU Division and is seeking an experienced ADU Sales Consultant to guide homeowners from initial consultation through design, permitting, and construction. This is a commission-only independent contractor role designed for professionals who understand the ADU market and want to earn substantial income by closing ADU projects.

About BOSS Homes:

BOSS Homes delivers factory-built structural and MEP building systems that dramatically reduce construction timelines and labor requirements. Our systems allow homeowners and builders to complete projects up to 50% faster than traditional construction while maintaining high quality and predictability.

Responsibilities:

Conduct homeowner consultations (virtual or in-person).

Evaluate property feasibility for ADU development.

Present BOSS ADU models and pricing options.

Close Design & Permitting agreements.

Guide homeowners through design and permitting phases.

Coordinate with BOSS project managers and designers.

Convert projects into full construction contracts.

Compensation:

This is a commission based role with significant earning potential.
Design & Permitting Phase: $2,200 commission per project.
Construction Contract: 3% commission on construction value paid at project milestones.
Typical annual earnings range from $120K–$180K with top performers exceeding $200K.

Ideal Candidate Background:

ADU consulting or ADU company sales.

Residential construction or design-build sales.

Real estate professionals specializing in ADU investment properties.

Modular or prefab housing sales experience.

Candidate Traits:

Strong homeowner communication skills.

Ability to explain construction concepts clearly.

Organized follow-up and relationship management.

Entrepreneurial and self-directed mindset.

Territory:

Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego. Local travel may be required for homeowner consultations.
