About the Tax Manager Role:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for a diverse client base while providing leadership and guidance within the tax department. This role is responsible for reviewing complex tax returns, managing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work, and supporting staff development through coaching and mentorship. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical tax expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service and strategic tax solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $106,000–$139,000, based on experience
Annual performance bonus opportunity
