Full Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone.

Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information at each visit.

Collect copays and past due balances on patient accounts.

Scanning pertinent patient information into EMR including insurance cards and medical records.

Obtaining patient authorization for medical records release (HIPAA compliance).

Answer telephones and monitor voicemail boxes.

Schedules any necessary appointments after completion of patient visit.

Verify insurances for the next business day.

Process patient referrals.

Assist with maintaining office cleanliness.

Completing end of day task.

Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
