PowerClean Appliance Repair is a locally owned, family run company that's grown through word of mouth, referrals, and more than 900 five star Google reviews. We believe the customer experience starts long before a technician walks through the front door.

You'll be the first voice our customers hear, the person who keeps our technicians organized, follows up when others wouldn't, solves problems before they become headaches, and helps us continue raising the bar every single day.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Experience

Answer incoming phone calls and schedule repair appointments.
Respond to customer texts and emails.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Confirm appointments for the following day.
Create a positive experience from the first phone call to the final follow up.

Dispatch & Scheduling

Schedule and dispatch technicians throughout the day.
Optimize routes to keep technicians productive.
Adjust schedules as emergencies and same day calls come in.
Communicate schedule updates with both customers and technicians.
Help keep each day running smoothly and efficiently.

Follow Up

Call customers with outstanding estimates.
Follow up on estimates
Collect unpaid invoices.
Follow up with customers waiting on parts.
Ensure completed jobs have been paid.

Quality Assurance

Every completed repair deserves a follow up.

You'll:

Call customers after their appointment.
Make sure they're happy with the repair.
Document customer feedback and share important items during our weekly owner meeting so we can continue improving.

Office Support

Keep customer information organized and up to date.
Document conversations in our system.
Support our technicians throughout the day.
Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

What We're Looking For

You don't need appliance repair experience. We can teach you that.

We're looking for someone who:

Loves talking with people.
Has Dispatching & Scheduling Experience
Is highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to multitask
Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
Learns new software quickly.
Communicates confidently with customers and teammates.
Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
Wants to grow with a company that's growing quickly.

Customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter even more.

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
