What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes ownership.
The Resident General Manager should be the kind of person who notices when a light is out, a field isn't ready, a guest needs help, a vendor hasn't shown up, or something isn't working—and doesn't simply report the problem. You figure out how to fix it.
You will be the person who knows the property inside and out.
You'll know the staff, the fields, the buildings, the equipment, the vendors, the schedules, and the daily rhythm of the resort. You'll understand what needs to happen today, what needs to happen next week, and what needs to be planned six months from now.
Most importantly, you'll help establish the culture and character of National Parks Baseball Resort.
Our goal is to create a destination that families remember for the rest of their lives. That requires much more than great baseball fields. It requires a property that is beautifully maintained, a team that is proud of what they do, and a leader onsite who cares deeply about the experience.

This is an opportunity to join the resort from the ground floor, help establish its operating systems and culture, and play a major role in building a destination that can become a lasting legacy for generations of baseball families.
If you're someone who takes pride in a property, enjoys leading people, solves problems instead of passing them along, and wants to build something special—this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
