Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000+ depending on experience and qualifications

We're looking for a Tax Manager who wants more than just another accounting job. What You'll Do

Review individual, business, trust, and partnership tax returns
Prepare and review complex tax returns and supporting workpapers
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
Research tax issues and communicate solutions clearly to clients and team members
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and individuals
Mentor and support junior tax professionals
Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and special projects
Assist with managing workflow and ensuring timely completion of engagements

What We're Looking For

4+ years of public accounting tax experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing)
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance
Experience reviewing tax returns and working directly with clients
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
