About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll be the face of STU'S HOME IMPROVEMENT OUTLET, helping customers find the right products and solutions for their home improvement projects. You'll manage the entire customer journey—from welcoming shoppers into the store and understanding their needs to recommending products and closing the sale.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals.

What You'll Do

Welcome Customers: Greet walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create a positive shopping experience.
Understand Customer Needs: Listen carefully to customers' project goals and recommend products that best fit their needs and budget.
Become a Product Expert: Learn our wide range of home improvement products and confidently explain their features and benefits.
Present Customized Solutions: Recommend products that help customers complete their projects successfully.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Guide customers from their initial visit through product selection, purchase, and final sale.
Build Lasting Relationships: Earn customer trust through exceptional service that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with Your Team: Work alongside fellow team members to achieve store goals and create an outstanding shopping environment.
Close Sales: Confidently answer questions, overcome objections, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, with expected annual earnings between $85,000 and $110,000, based on performance.
