Job Description: CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

Job Title – CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

Department: Manufacturing

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

At Aluminum Cabinet Company, The CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR is responsible for running. This position plays a key role in the precision fabrication of high-quality aluminum cabinet parts, ensuring they meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·Operate CNC PRESS BRAKE to produce aluminum cabinet parts according to drawings and specifications.

· Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate part fabrication.

· Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain consistency and part accuracy.

· Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, quality, and conformance to company standards.

· Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies.

· Work efficiently to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.

· Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing setting at Aluminum Cabinet Company. This role involves working around machinery and aluminum materials and requires adherence to strict safety and quality standards. You must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 70lbs.

Skills:
- Technical Drawing Reading (Preferred)

- Basic Math (Required)

- Basic Hand Tools – tape measure, square, calipers, etc. (Required)

- Mechanically Inclined

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Education / Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

- 1-3 Years Experience working with CNC equipment in production setting (Preferred)
