Shift: Second Shift,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu

You'll be at the heart of the guest experience, helping travelers feel welcome from check-in to check-out while delivering the exceptional service Marriott is known for.

Schedule: We are currently seeking full-time or part-time availability to cover the following shifts:- Weekdays & weekends 7 am - 3 pm & 3 pm - 11 pm.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50/hour. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.

This is a Sherman Associates owned Marriott International, Inc franchised location.

Essential Functions

Ensures every guest is greeted and Welcomed on arrival
Registers and book guests, verifying reservation, address, email address and credit information
Proficient on kiosk operations to assist when necessary
Answers all inbound calls in a professional manner
Has an intimate knowledge of the hotel facilities and the local geographic area
Accepts payment for guests' accounts at the time of registration and at checkout
Maintains a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily
Processes all Retail transactions for the guest
Responsible for restocking and assuring overall cleanliness of Retail
Issues luggage claims and check guest luggage when requested
Takes pride in the overall look and feel of the hotel assuring cleanliness and conditions are at their peak at all times
Respectfully listen and respond to guest complaints in an efficient and professional manner
Completes additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a public contact position
Customer service experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred
Basic computer knowledge and some knowledge in word, excel, outlook, and internet
A passion for the mission, vision, and values of Sherman Associates
Schedule may vary due to the specific needs of the hotel

Pay Range: $16-16.50/hour. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
