Job Position: Front Office Manager

We are looking for a sincere, dependable, and motivated Front Office Manager who is seeking a stable position in the hospitality industry.

The Front Office Manager will assist with all aspects of front desk and office operations. This role requires direct interaction with guests and responsibility for ensuring a positive, memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate will be professional, pleasant, proactive, and able to handle challenging situations with patience and ownership. This position is best suited for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and is willing to learn overall hotel operations, brand standards, guest service expectations, and day-to-day management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

Managing all aspects of the guest experience, including guest interactions, complaints, requests, and satisfaction.

Overseeing daily front desk and office operations.

Ensuring brand standards are followed and preparing for inspections.

Responding to guest reviews and feedback.

Ordering supplies as needed.

Managing employee schedules.

Training new front desk employees.

Assisting with operational needs based on the requirements of the business.

Handling unexpected scheduling or staffing issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Hotel experience is required.

Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Must be willing to assist during unexpected schedule changes or staffing issues.

Must be professional, reliable, positive, and proactive.

Must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The selected candidate will be given proper time and training to learn the property, feel comfortable in the environment, and gain confidence in the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
