Full Job Description

Job Title: Mailroom clerk
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005
Pay range: $17.50/hrs to $19.00/hrs
Skills required: Mailroom experience, Shipping & Receiving, Lifting 25lbs, Customer Services, Courier Service, Valid Drivers License, Floater - (Traveling to different company sites when needed)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Perform any and all duties as assigned by management to include; print and mail services, intelligent locker services, and other office services.

· Performs administrative tasks, provides volumes/billing inputs to one-up Manager, and other assigned duties in a timely manner.

· Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages

· Shipping & Receiving

· Sort and deliver mail, packages

· Valid Driver's license

· Courier services

· Pack & move boxes as needed within the site as requested

· Stock paper in copy areas

· Change Toners in copiers as requested

· Ensures adherence to company policies and guidelines, safety & security procedures.

· Create a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support.

· Utilizes technology to perform tasks efficiently and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.

· Position may require individuals to perform site activities due to unanticipated volume increases, staffing coverage issues and/or special project needs requested by clients.

· Understands basic information on core service/solutions offerings and effectively with Manager - Client Services.

· Other duties upon request

· Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to supervisors.

· Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information.

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution.

· Work in various environments, including office settings, computer rooms, production floors, warehouses, and shipping/receiving areas, with occasional exposure to environmental factors like dust, dirt, toner, and ink.

· Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid Driver's license.

· Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

· Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

· Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.

· Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.

· Experience with data entry is desirable.

· Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing.

The pay range for this position starts at $17.50/hrs to $19.00/hrs ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29.5 per week
