Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Manager looking for a leadership opportunity with excellent work-life balance? Join our established dealership team and lead a high-volume Parts Department while earning competitive compensation with growth opportunities.

We are seeking a proven leader with dealership parts experience who has a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all daily operations of the Parts Department
Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and obsolescence control
Support retail, wholesale, online, and internal service parts operations
Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead, train, and develop Parts Department team members
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

Previous Automotive Dealership Parts Manager experience required
Ford Parts Department experience strongly preferred
Experience with CDK dealership management software preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
