What You’ll Do

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
Preparing financial reports to support decision-making.
Assisting with payroll processing and tax filings.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled professional who brings:

At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
Proficiency in QUICKBOOKS and EXCEL.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
